Do you visit the site?
Yes, by appointment. The site visit is what lets us quote with real numbers instead of guesses.
Is the quote free?
Yes. The quote is free and without obligation. The site visit is also free in Porto and neighbouring councils; beyond that it's assessed case by case.
Which areas do you cover?
Porto, Vila Nova de Gaia, Matosinhos, Gondomar and nearby areas. For larger projects we work across the country and the rest of Europe.
How quickly do you reply?
We answer every request as quickly as we can — usually the same day or the next.
Do you work with the client's materials?
Yes, or with materials supplied by us, depending on the project. Either way, the quote states who supplies what.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes, from small repairs to full renovations. No job is too small.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. The invoice is issued by software certified by the Portuguese Tax Authority, as the law requires. The quote you receive is a price proposal, not a tax document.
Can I follow the work?
Yes. When work starts we give you an ID for the Client Area, where you can see progress, the week's photos, documents and payments.
