What this site is
This site presents the services of NOVA OKS RENOV LDA, receives quote requests, lets you book a visit and gives access to two private areas: the client area and the worker area.
Sending a request through the site creates no contract and does not oblige the company to carry out the works. It is the start of a conversation.
Estimates and quotes
The figure shown at the end of the form is an automatic estimate, worked out from what you filled in. It gives an order of magnitude and binds no one.
A quote is another matter: it is prepared by the team, almost always after a site visit, and sent as a proposal with its own reference.
The proposal states the date until which it is valid. After that date it can no longer be accepted through the link, and a new one has to be requested, with updated prices.
Amounts are in euros and VAT is applied at the legal rate in force. Changes to the project during the works may change the amounts; when that happens, it is put in writing.
Accepting the proposal
The proposal is accepted or refused on the page of the link you received, by typing the name of the person answering. The platform stores the answer, the date, the time and that name: this is a recorded electronic acceptance.
It is not a digital signature and not a qualified electronic signature, and it does not claim to be. It is the record of an act carried out by whoever held the link.
The answer cannot be undone on the page: once accepted or refused, the proposal keeps that decision. If there was a mistake or a change of mind, talk to us — the company issues a new proposal.
The proposal link is private. Anyone holding it can open the document, so do not share it with people who should not see it.
Invoicing
This platform does not issue invoices. The quote and the proposal are commercial documents, not tax documents: they carry no ATCUD and none of the QR code the Portuguese tax authority requires on an invoice.
The invoice is issued, at the moment of invoicing, by software certified by the Portuguese tax authority, as the law requires.
The payment schedule shown in the client area is there so the client knows what has been paid and what is left. It is not accounting. An invoice uploaded to the client area is a copy for reference — the tax document is the one produced by that software.
Private areas
Access to the client area and the worker area is personal. Credentials are issued by the company and must not be shared; whoever hands them to someone else answers for what that person does with them.
If you suspect someone knows your password, change it inside the area itself and tell us.
Each person sees what concerns them: the client sees their own project, the worker sees their own record.
A worker's time record is neither deleted nor rewritten, as the law requires. A wrong clock-in is put right by correcting the day, done by the office and recorded as such.
What we ask of our clients
That the details of the property and of the intended work are true: a floor area or a condition described wrongly gives a quote that will not hold up on site.
That the site is accessible on the agreed day and time for the visit. If you cannot make it, tell us — rescheduling is easy, a wasted trip is not recovered.
Where the works need planning permission, the agreement of the building's owners or a notice to the council, the quote states in writing who deals with what.
Site content
The texts, the logo, the photographs and the rest of the content of this site belong to NOVA OKS RENOV LDA or are used with permission. They may not be copied or reused without written agreement.
Images and videos marked as an illustrative image or an illustrative video are exactly that: examples of finishes, not works carried out by the company. The notice sits over each one so there is no doubt.
Availability
The company aims to keep the site available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation: there may be interruptions for maintenance or because a supplier fails.
Content, timings and indicative figures may be corrected without notice. What binds the company is what is written in a proposal or a contract, not a page of the site.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, the quickest route is to tell us: by phone, by email or through the client area.
The Portuguese electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações) is also available, linked in the footer of this site.
Governing law
These terms and the relationship with clients are governed by Portuguese law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The date of the last update is at the top of the page, and the version published on the date of the request or the contract is the one that applies.
